1. Online Classes
Access to 2 online classes on a Wednesday and Saturday Morning
Beginners exercise class. 10am Wednesday and Saturday Morning. The beginners class is suitable for people who have never exercised or who are getting back to doing some exercise after some time away. If you are recovering from an injury or illness this class is also suitable for you. The exercises are light and gentle but you will notice improvemnt every week you complete the classes.
Intermediate level exercise class. 11am Wednesday and Saturday morning.This class is for people who are exercising regularily and are able to comfortably complete 45 minutes of exercise. From marching on the spot to high knee raises and light weights and resistance band this class is where everyone should aim to be.
2. Access to an online interaction class. Monday morning 11am
Our interaction on line class will include talks from different professionals that will help to improve your quality of life. From talks on nutrition, wellness and how to remain safe at home to interactive cooking, physiotherapy led injury rehabilitation and our very own “answer your questions” section where you e mail a question and we find the right answer, there will be something for everyone. There are no limits to the information you will receive in the Monday morning class.
